Editing Photos in a Gallery

• To edit or delete a photo in a gallery, click ‘edit gallery/photo’
• Click on the image you wish to edit or delete.
• Use the settings on the right hand side to make any chances, i.e. convert the image to sketch effect, grayscale (black and white).

Adding Photos to Your Gallery

• Click ‘edit gallery/photo’ in the right hand side of the dashboard.
• Select a gallery to add a photo to.
• You can add images now using the form seen on the page and clicking upload.
• Once you upload a photo, you can continue adding more photos to that gallery without having to go back.

Creating a New Gallery

• Login to the UlitmateGallery system.
• From the dashboard, click on ‘Add a gallery’.
• Enter the gallery information/data in the form field.
• Click ‘create gallery’.

Basics of getting started

Below you will find a video tutorial on getting started with the Ultimate Gallery system. The video assumes you have already successfully installed the Ultimate Gallery on your server. If you have not, please refer to the installation documentation first.

Topics in this video include: creating a new gallery, adding photos, viewing photos, setting preferences, and sharing galleries.

Version 1.1 Release Date

Version 1.1 of the Ultimate Gallery management system is planned to come out in late May. Features included are:

• Create, edit, manage, share thousands of galleries.
• Edit individual photos and make changes such as converting to grayscale.
• SEO friendly URLs make your galleries accessible and easy to share.
• Fast and powerful resizing features without resolution lost, images can be scaled back to bigger sizes without loss of quality.
• Plenty of admin features.
